The theme this year is "A Sense of Place." If you enjoy genealogy, local history, historic photos, and anything vintage, you don't want to miss this one-day conference about the Wiregrass Region of southern Georgia. What you get -- a whole day (9-4) of talks, a chance to converse with other local historians and genealogists, an awesome lunch, and much more. The lineup of speakers promises a fascinating day of learning and remembering. The cost is $40 for the day, which includes a home-cooked Georgia dinner (commonly called lunch.) ($30 for members of the Tattnall County Archives. $30 for fulltime students. Free for Archives volunteers. Two scholarships are available.)
The event will be held at the Tattnall County Courthouse.
You won't want to miss some great items that will be offered at a Silent Auction.
